This week brought surprises as well as highly-anticipated albums.

Between digital streaming providers, Bandcamp, and other platforms, it can be extremely tough to keep track of all the new albums that drop on Fridays. Unless you keep a dedicated watch on your favorite artists’ social media accounts, you’re almost guaranteed to miss a release.

We’re here to help out a bit. Every week, we round up the best new projects of the week for your convenience. Playboi Carti finally dropped the highly-anticipated Whole Lotta Red. Lil Durk returned with his second project of the year, while Rubi Rose, Navy Blue, Larry June, and more dropped projects of their own.
