Adele Announces 2022 Las Vegas Residency

Adele, the famously stage-shy superstar whose new album 30 amassed huge sales last week, will embark upon a long-rumored Las Vegas residency next year. Starting on January 21, Adele will perform at Caesars Palace’s Colosseum every Friday and Saturday until April 16, with a brief intermission on the weekend of February 18-19. (Van Morrison is booked to play the venue that weekend.) Find the dates at the link below.

Three days after its release, 30 became the year’s top-selling album in the United States, rapidly besting 11 months’ sales of Taylor Swift’s Evermore. Read Pitchfork’s review of 30, the track review of album highlight “To Be Loved,” and “5 Takeaways from Adele’s New Album 30.”
