Emmure (the opening act) I think I hadn’t heard of before going to the show, but once they launched into a few songs, I knew exactly who they were! I had heard them before and they were great live. Super fun band to catch if you’re into emo!
Then Hawthorne Heights were awesome live. They sounded very close to the records. They were a little before my time, but that didn’t matter at all. They interacted with the crowd like the pros they are. Great line up!
Chiodos were the band I was there for! I’ve listened to them for so long so it was surreal seeing them live. Great stage presence, the mix sounded so good. I could hear each instrument and the vocals well. Their energy was incredible, as they tore through song after song. I’d highly recommend catching them if you can!
