Agnes – Wake UpAnother huge pop hit for her.
Barbara Bobak – Prelazim na zeneI swear she listens to The Chaser because this is the second song she’s released that sounds a bit like it. That’s totally okay with me!
Not a collab I would have expected, but Bentley’s music continues to be the best type of big-chorused pop.
Sparkling Scandipop with a nostalgic bent.
CD9 – RockstarI never followed this Mexican boy band during their heyday but this long-awaited comeback has a great pop sound.
It’s like she mixed Chappell and Sabrina and added a chugging electro energy.
Ahead of her participation in Melodifestivalen, she just keeps releasing bangers.
Haute & Freddy – Dance The Pain AwayThis is such an exciting group. They nail a certain 80s sound.
This has some of the catchiest melodies I’ve heard all year. It really gets stuck in your head.
The sheer drama! It’s freaking awesome. Finland’s UMK does it again.
Super upbeat Europop.
PinkPantheress – Stateside (ft. Zara Larsson)I’m kind of tired of the constant remixes/re-imaginings, but this is my favorite PinkPantheress single and it’s nice to hear Zara on it.
The legend is back with the kind of perfect crystalline electro pop you’d hope for (+ Max Martin!).
A Serbian 80s pastiche? Why not!
Her new album has finally been announced and this is another strong taste of it.
SO much drama! You know I love it.
You’ll always get some ace Finnish pop on this blog. They churn out so much of it.
Willa Ford – Love4LifeWilla Ford is a name that will only be familiar to elder millennial pop fans, but it’s so exciting to see her return with such great material. This is gorgeous electropop with a knockout chorus.
He’s pulled from late-70s Michael Jackson with this and the result is totally brilliant.
It’s been awhile since I’ve checked out his music but this new single has me curious again. I love the big rock/rap sound.
