Written by Beth Franco and Robbie Rosen with Rob Aster, the brains behind iDreamology, ‘Bring The Madness’ sees Robbie Rosen collaborate with DMV-based rapper, Interstate Snake. Born Haris Barekazai, Interstate Snake emigrated to the US as a child from Kabul, Afghanistan, and in his music career he’s worked with notable Hip Hop Artists such as Cardi B, Meek Mill, Rick Ross, Gucci Mane, French Montana and the late great Nipsey Hussle.
‘Bring The Madness’ was already set in motion when CBS Sports gave it center stage during its broadcasts of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship, “March Madness” tournament. It made perfect sense, given that the track is built on momentum, contrast, and game-day adrenaline, and its popularity gave RRHOT and iDreamology the incentive to turn that attention into a proper wide-release push.
Robbie Rosen’s voice gives the song its height and brightness, Interstate Snake’s original rap gives it pressure and texture, while underneath it all, the bass line carries an echo that’s reminiscent of ‘Thriller’.
The official music video for ‘Bring The Madness’, directed by Eli Lev, builds on the song’s CBS momentum instead of simply illustrating it, and Lev leans into a “Thriller-meets-Space Jam” concept, with graveyard imagery, ghosts, ghouls, demon-like figures, and zombie energy before sending them onto the basketball court. Robbie and his girlfriend, Elinah Hsiung, are shown as being caught up in a possessed, dance-driven world that nods to classic pop-horror movement while keeping the song’s competitive charge in play.
