The Devil Wears Prada shares music video for new song, ‘Sacrifice’

September 29, 2021 By Nao Lewandowski

The Devil Wears Prada has shared the video for the brand new, self-produced song “Sacrifice” via Solid State Records. Following their recent EP, ZII, “Sacrifice” is an excellent example of TDWP’s continued sonic evolution, mixing an almost restrained melodic nuance with full-on brutality.

The band has this to say about the new track:

“‘Sacrifice’ is a song of defeat: its character is exhausted, relinquishing will in an abusive relationship. There is nothing left to fight for.”

The band premiered the song over at Revolver, where vocalist Mike Hranica digs deeper into the writing process and the current state of Prada. You can also catch the band on the road with We Came As Romans this fall.
