Moon Tooth Guitarist Provides Video Update From Hospital
UPDATE (Aug. 24, 2022): Moon Tooth's Nick Lee has shared a video update from the hospital. He's been under care for 31 days and expects to be released some time this week. Expressing gratitude for the support he's received from everyone around him, Lee maintains a positive outlook while acknowledging the road to recovery is still a long one as he will focus on memory, his legs and his voice in outpatient therapy. Progressive hard rock band Moon Tooth dropped off their summer U.S. tour supporting fellow rockers Cave In last week after the New York-based quartet said they experienced a medical emergency with a then-unidentified Moon Tooth member.
On Friday (July 29), the band released a new detailed statement explaining that their guitarist and backing vocalist, Nick Lee, experienced a seizure that caused him injury requiring hospitalization. Unfortunately, his condition has not improved.
Accompanied by a video from singer John Carbone, bassist Vin Romanelli and drummer Ray Marte, Moon Tooth sought fans' help with Lee's treatment.
